In admins’ own words
“Great service until you try to cancel”
“they're telling us we cannot cancel”
What it is
Cancelling should be as easy as signing up. An exit notice period, a required phone call, or a renewal that runs on after you asked to stop all turn a monthly tool into a contract.
How SoloNOC does it
- An owner or admin cancels from the billing page in the app: no call and no email. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid, with every feature, and then stops. (pinned by: mfaEnforcement.spec.ts, cancelClaims.test.tsx)
- Deleting the account from Settings also cancels the Stripe subscription. (pinned by: cancelClaims.test.tsx)
