In admins’ own words
“Customer support has been declining in quality over the last few years.”
“Their technical support is worthless.”
What it is
A monitor that misbehaves at 2am is a second outage. The admin needs an address a person reads, and the answers to the common questions before they have to write.
How SoloNOC does it
- Support is by email at [email protected], and security reports go to [email protected]; the support page lists both with answers to the common questions. (pinned by: contentPages.test.tsx)
Not built or not measured yet
We have not yet measured a first-response time on real tickets, so the site makes no response-time promise.
What admins report from other tools
Reviewers of IT management and monitoring vendors describe support that declined over the years or disappeared once onboarding ended.
