In admins’ own words
“prices are up 300% increased at renewal time”
“skyrocketing licence prices and the move to a subscription model”
What it is
A solo admin decides on a card and has to know next year’s bill. Two things move it: a price per device or sensor that grows with the network, and a renewal price that is not the price you signed up at.
How SoloNOC does it
- One flat price per organisation, with the caps published next to it: Free $0 (1 site, 10 devices); Solo $29 a month or $290 a year (5 sites, 50 devices); Pro $99 a month or $990 a year (50 sites, 1,000 devices); Enterprise $249 a month or $2,490 a year (250 sites, 5,000 devices). (pinned by: tierPurchasePath.test.tsx, contentPages.test.tsx)
- There is no per-device or per-site charge inside a plan; the caps are the only limit. (pinned by: tierPurchasePath.test.tsx)
- The terms say pricing changes only with 30 days’ notice. (pinned by: answers.test.tsx)
Not built or not measured yet
There is no price lock beyond that notice: the terms allow a change to a published price with 30 days’ notice.
