Is the monitoring phone app good enough to triage from?

In admins’ own words
“The mobile app works, but it’s definitely not as full-featured as the desktop version.”
What it is
The page lands on the phone, so the first decision is made there: real or noise, now or morning. That needs the alert list, the device, and an acknowledge that the rest of the team sees.
How SoloNOC does it
- The SoloNOC iPhone app shows the alert list with Firing, Acknowledged and Resolved filters, and acknowledges an alert from its detail screen. (pinned by: FieldWalkTests.swift)
- A page can be acknowledged straight from the notification, without opening the app. (pinned by: answers.test.tsx)
Not built or not measured yet
There is no Android app yet; Android users have the web dashboard and an early-access list. The App Store listing has fewer than 20 ratings, so we show no rating.
What admins report from other tools
Reviewers of IT management tools describe phone apps with fewer features than the desktop, and apps out of sync with it.
